Sartori was founded in the long ago 1955 by father Carlo, the head of the family. At the present time two of his sons, Luigi and Giannantonio and grandson Carlo lead the company. It was born in a small country town and today represents the main point of reference for the sale and supply of local meat, fish, smallgoods and cheese for restaurants, hotels and tourism facilities in the Garda and the north of Italy. The family management is synonymous with extreme Attention into the search of quality products which are scrupulously selected and controlled through all the production chain.
In 1990 brothers Luigi and Giannantonio Sartori enlarged Sartori, gathering together the opportunities offered by the surrounding territory. In fact the Fish section was included then.
The sale of fresh fish from nearby Lake Garda and the Adriatic Sea and the wise selection of fish products happily satisfies the demand of an always more careful and exacting clientele.
In 2016 the Sartori family decided to expand the Roast Meat section with the sale of new delicacies such as fried fish, chicken wings, pork ribs, fried meat, etc…
This is how the Sartori family has worked for nearly sixty years, with extreme Care, Love and Tradition which, together with great Professionalism and Seriousness, make the Company a guarantee of Excellence, Authenticity and High Quality.

The Sartori company has made the professionalism of its operators one of its strong point, so much so that Carlo and Luigi Sartori have been promoted to professional meat tasters by Dr. Luigi Odello of the Centro Studi Assaggiatori (Centre of Studies for Tasters) and so to become part of the first and only Istituto Italiano Assaggiatori Carne (IIAC, the Italian Institute of Meat Tasters).
